Hi I am Asif from Guwahati .I had purchased a koryo sit air conditioner fuve days back from big Bazar Guwahati ezone outlet .. but right from the day of installation the air conditioner isn't working properly..the blower speed seems to fluctuate and no increase in speed as blower fan speed is increased ..on switching between various modes the compressor hangs and takes longer to start back.so on switching off and restarting resolves the problem.cooling effect is same as in 17 degree to 26 degree . No warranty card signed by ezine outlet sales personnel ..service personnel visited to attend the complain but left with no fruitful answer..just tried to fool me by trying to convince that koryo a.c has a delayed sart and u need to switch off n on Everytime u switch between modes for quick compressor response..what a bogus theory iust say ..the service personnel lay before me..I need the unit replaced at the earliest or else I will move to consumer forum for handing over to me such a piece of headache in the name of spit a.c Was this information helpful? | |||||
