4th time unlucky
1st visit to pondy bazar chennai outlet less billing counters so had to make noise and get a counter opened and then fight for change
2nd 3 rd visits less billing counters so had to leave the trolley and buy else where
Today same story
Between 4.30 pm and 5pm visited pondy bazar outlet bought 2 soaps beetroot sugar and waited endlessly at cash counter as only 2 billing counters were open
All had 3 customers i was the 4th
Due to your various cash back and priority card schemes lot of time was being taken.
The lines began to swell.
No extra counter was opened.
I asked one o[censored] r staff standing near the juice counter he cooly said he doesn't work there and joking with sales girls how he fooled me
Ditto u r customer help desk
Since i asked in english why more counters r not opened for billing
He joked with his companion in tamil that if people want to buy
They should learn to stand in line.
Needless to say i didn't purchase anything.
Walked down to more and got my things unless than 10 minutes
I fervently hope that your pondy bazar loses maximum customers.
Your staff should know that customer is the most important cog in the retail chain.
I have visited the shop at 10.45 first time
2.10 second time 3.30 the third time and 4.45 pm today.
Always only 2 billing counters r open
I assure you there is not going to be a fourth time.
