I am a senior citizen retired from group a service of central government. I am a regular customer of big bazaar for the last 10 years. Initially i used to visit the outlet at abids, hyderabad and later at tarnaka, secunderabad.. On 06.03.2019 i had a bitter experience from the in charge, customer care, when i approached to renew the profit club card. If i remember correctly his name is hussain. I request you to kindly look in to this and do the needful. If no action is taken i will be constrained to publish this in the"letters to editor" columns of leading news papers.
