Your floor manager mr vishal never available at the floor to resolve the customers issues. Behavior of sales man mr sachin gaikwad is far from satisfactory and he is very arogent. He use to start man handling with the customers. He use to say no one has authortiy in the company to remove me you may make complaint to any one in the company.
