[Resolved]  Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — misbehaviour & mis-selling with illegal tax

I am a customer of big bazar for more than last 15yrs. On 22nd december 2017 i visited big bazaar (Future retail ltd) at z square kanpur. I ask some clarification regarding charged taxes on discounted prices. Their representative told me to talk with manager mr ravi who was so rude and irritating person in his behaviour that the things which other staff was accepting, he start shouting and threatened me to leave the premises or purchase the product as it is (Can be verified in cc tv footage of around 7.00pm to 7:30pm).
Gst council has already ordered that shops can't charge any tax on the goods selling at discounted prices but still they charged additional gst on every discounted item. When i told them that this is illegal, mr ravi just start shouting that whether you purchase it or leave the premises (Like they don't need customers).
Just to make all things on record i purchase the product and attaching the bill with this complaint and it can easily be seen that the items which weren't at discounted prices are not been added with extra tax because taxes are all inclusive in mrp but the items at discounted prices have been charged with extra tax which is totally against the law.
Before going to consumer forum i just make it in the knowledge of future group on their web site also.
I want my money back that has been charged illegally and also demand a compensation for the mental harassment which is resulted all because of ill behaviour of your manager mr ravi who is sitting for the customer's service but not at all giving any service to the customers.
