Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Money deducted but not sending the items
On 29th of may 2021 i purchased grocery items from big bazaar (Online) totalling to an amount of ₹ 1010.75. I paid this online through big bazaar app. It was scheduled to deliver on same day between 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Right after waiting for whole day i did not got my grocery items. I tried contacting customer support but inspite of several mails they didn't respond. I waited for next day as-well again same thing happened they didn't delivered. I tried contacting customer care again they just ask my order number and put my call for hold till call automatically end.
This is a pathetic service from big bazaar. Till today i waited for my items and i was forced to write it here. They are neither refunding my money nor they are sending me those items. These items consist of daily essentials vegetables amd fruit and we are forced to buy again and again but big bazar is not refunding my money nor they are sending items.
Please help me in regards. All customers will be very much annoyed with this service.
