Order id[protected] The order was placed on april 28, 2020 however its been a week and i have not received my order yet. On may 04, 2020 i have received a text message at 1.24 pm that my order has been delivered. I have not received any call from delivery person nor did we receive any deliver and the payment was already made in advance. I have tried calling your customer care number couple of times the executive there just keeps informing that there is a technical problem and the order will be delivered in 24 hrs however it does not happen. When i send an email to the care team without resolving the issue they send an email that the complaint has been resolved without even contacting me. I am yet receive the order or redund for the order Was this information helpful? | |
May 6, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved After escalating the matters to higher authorities and posting the matter on Facebook I was finally able to receive my order on May 06, 2020 Big Bazaar / FutureBazaar / Future Retail / HomeTown customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
