I have ordered a king size cot with hometown Order number:[protected] Date of booking : 06/nov/2018 Delivery estimate date : 15/nov/2018 Product details: bolton engineered wood hydraulic storage king size bed Tried reaching hometown customer care tool free number on the status of delivery however no luck till-date. After multiple follow-ups got response from hometown customer email, that the product would be delivered on 23/nov. But they didnt keep the promise on further discussion mentioned the product was found damaged in pre-delivery check and its been re-ordered. Noticed in the hometown web portal the order status still showing as status "processing". There is no option provided to cancel the order or to seek an refund. I'm really frustated and unhappy doing follow-ups with various team. Seeking your support to expedite the resolution. All the email discussion conversation and online booking evidence attached.
