Easy day club (Future group retail unit) has been pathetic. Last year they sold their membership at inr 999/- with certain promises. Not a single one is fulfilled by them. Their staffs are rude & unprofessional. Their staffs don't have any product & service knowledge. Their "home delivery" is a disaster. And they charge for carry bags which is illegal. Last evening i purchased mushrooms & baby corns (2 units each) and asked them to deliver at home, which is at stone throwing distance from their store. And i paid for the purchase. Yet, they didn't deliver it. While complaining about their service laps, an arrogant lady at the store literally told me "your membership wasn't made by me" Was this information helpful? | |||
