I have purchased prestige hobtop 2 burner on 16/07/2018 with 2 year of warranty and for top glass life time warranty at the time of purchase there is no warranty card in the box i complained to sails person he promises that we are here to help us. Now i have some issue in the product and prestige wants warranty card or bill. I went to big bazaar gip noida where i purchased this and they said we have only one month data in our record. I show them my payment details and transaction number and date from my bank records but the totally refused.

Now what i do product is under warranty of 2 years and life time for glass top

I am attaching my bank's statement you can check the last transaction color in red i have paid in BIG BAZAAR GIP Mall Noida.

Please provide warranty card or bill for that transaction so that i can use the benefit of warranty.
