[Resolved]  Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Product not delivered and customer care not picking up

I placed an order online (Order ID[protected] on bigbazaar using the future pay app on 6th May 2021, the delivery was scheduled on 7th May 2021 before 11 am. The product has not been delivered yet as well the customer support number is not working. I have mailed as well regarding this issue but to my dismay, have not received anything back. This very unprofessional service is not expected from the future pay group and it's surely affecting your customer base. I have completely lost faith due to this pathetic service. If you can not deliver, Kindly refund the money.
