[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — quadone | |||
I purchased one quadone item no. [protected] on 22/08/2018 from bigbazaar jammu vide till no. 29 tr 6374 for rs.1499/-. The said item malfunctioned the same day and i approached big bazaar next day i. E. 23/08/2018 exchange gate pass no. 2375. I was told that since this is chinese item big bazaar could not repair it or exchange it. Desparately i left that item in the store itself and decided to approach complaint authority for redressal. It is therefore requested that i may be given other working item or amount be refunded into my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
