I loaded an amount of rs.2430 on 23rd january'17. And as per the ongoing offer then, you were about to refund me rs.400 (Rs.100 each month starting from the next month i. E. February). So i should have got rs.100 cashback in my future pay wallet in the month of february, march and april which you did not.
Now you say "we are sorry to inform you that as you have reported us late to us for you concern so we are not able to process back dated cash back amount."
This is april and you can never say i am late to inform you the matter. Till the month of april i should have got the cashback.
Now i think this is just a business action that you took to fool your customers. You did the mess and now you say you cannot process the backdated cash amount.
And please reopen the ticket. I don't know how can you close a ticket without the resolution. If you cannot reopen that ticket plesae create a new duplicate ticket.
