My father made a purchase from big bazar's chinar park (Newtown, kolkata) outlet on 14 nov 2019. There was a 50% cashback offer on a pack of whiskas (Cat food) he bought. The cashback was supposed to come to futurepay wallet within 15 days which did not happen. He went to the store and showed the transaction id and the payment details from his future pay account, but the customer service executive refused to serve him without the hard copy of the bill and they are refusing to generate another copy of the bill from the transaction id -[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
