[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — regarding the shorts I bought | |||
I bought a shorts on 9 june 2019 and it counts in the bill but i didnt found it when arrived home. Due to rush and crowd the packer must have not packed it. I bought it from big bazaar elante mall chandigarh. What should i do now? This is really disappointing that it is the responsibility of the packer to assure that everything is packed. Is it my duty to check whether everything is at place is at place or not? The customer is already busy with the crowd passing by and billing and then this happens.
