[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Sony portable hard drive | |||||
I ordered a portable hard drive through the online portal of big bazaar in november 2016. But somehow the product was not delivered to me.in december they terminated their online business. After several rounds of email they accepted that the product was not delivered to me.. And it took me another two months to prove that the amount has not been credited to my account. Finally in march i received a mail stating that the amount would be credited to my account in 10 days. But still i have not received the amount.. Moreover their customer care numbers and mail id's have stopped working. All my mails and calls are going unanswered... Such type of behavior is not expected from a big and reputed brand like future group. I can provide all the emails for any further process if required. Was this information helpful? | |||||
