Hi, my wife went to purchase reversible belt on 21feb 2020. Two staff said belt is reversible. While billing asked to show/confirm it is reversible so staff asked to go to csd desk. Csd staff shown irritated attitude & called other staff. Another staff a lady started instructing it is for gents. When replied it is known, she shown irritated attitude. Seeing her attitude reaction, my wife said to leave it. Then she reshown attitude & said ok, don't purchase as she was not worried if customer is happy or not & product is sold or not. Staff are deployed to help customers, not to show their rude attitude. Was this information helpful? | |||
