[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — wilfully billing displayed free items | |||
Dear sir, Reference is made to my purchase at big bazar pazhavangadi, trivandrum dated 03 nov 2017 and retail invoice no. 0061938 and tr:99271. I would like to raise my complaint of wilfully billing both "free items under get one free tag" together. This is the second of such instance in the recent past. I bought a nail polish bottle costing rs. 65 and the free nail polish bottle was picked after confirmation from the sales guy present over there. Upon billing, i reconfirmed the same regarding free nail polish and the counter guy replied that the offer is being given. But, this is not the case with what transpired in the actual bill. Kindly reply me after going through necessary documents or else i will be forced to escalate this further up to seek regressal of my grievance. Thanking you, Binu Was this information helpful? | |||
