[Resolved]  Big Bazaar Kachiguda — Worst Customer Service by staff and security

On 21st Dec, 2014, me and my mom went for shopping to Big Bazar Kachiguda. While we were leaving the premises the security guard was doing his usual check for items purchased. He found the Tag was not removed from the legging which I had taken which was in fact staff mistake as instead of doing billing properly he was advertising talk time and other offers. Security guard instead of politely asking me to wait, he started doubting on the shopping bag which I usually carry to avoid use of plastic. I asked him to check entire big bazaar products if he found any such shopping bag with them, I will pay them the cost. He did not had any answer. Most worst thing is he kept my bill in his pocket till the customer relation executive came to the spot. And still nor the staff nor any of the authority were responsible to take care. Is this what such a Big Mall carries the image to its customer. While I was waiting for this careless activity to be resolved, another lady was also shouting at the security guard as he has wasted her time yesterday. She was literally about to slap him. Really bad attitude of the staff and security guard towards the customers. More over authority did not bother to resolve.

Admin Officer called up, informed me that we have counselled the staff and guard. Gave me assurance they wont misbehave henceforth. But what benefited me, my time was wasted, I was doubted that time. What solution he gave being customer centric he only knows. When I asked him what benefit I got, he says I can only do this much i.e to counsel the staff. If my concern was to improve their internal meeting its waste. He wasted his time and my time with no solution. Poor Service, Nil Satisfaction.
