Dear Sir/Madam,
Today i went to one of your outlet which is located in v3s mall Laxminagar, and i purchase some items.Unfortunatly i was select a wrong billing counter because there was an unprofessional staff (Mr.Manish Visht) handle the counter.he was suppose to give me Rs.114 balance and given me Rs.110/- and 4 candy's.I request him i don't want candy and arrange me the change.But he was not ready for the same he told me he is not carrying the change.when i ask his name HE PICKUP HIS IDENTITY CARD AND SHOWN TO ME VERY ROUDLY THEN HE TOLD ME THIS IS MY NAME YOU GO AND COMPLAINT TO ANYWERE.I was shocked about his attitude and i realise if a customer written any complaint management never taken action against that.otherwise a cashier never behave like this to a customer.am a regular user of same out let from the begining. i never face this kind of problem ever.all staffs are very friendly except him. I hope every customers are valuable for your business.please give training and regular briefing to such unprofessional staff.That will increase your value.
