Big Bazar — misbehave and abuse words by manager | |||
Respected sir, I'm prajwal kotyan, i'm a regular customer of big bazar, i'm very disappointed with the quality of product and quality of service of employees. I bought fruits and other products along with that i bought nature's classic dates, while i'm having i found that product was with full of poor quality, it's made by poor quality of oil.. It's smells like anything, and i found fungus inside the dates, Today i went to the big bazar and i spoke with customer service department regarding issue, he checked the product and he found that product is smells very bad and he call the department manager, Later he came and i spoke him regarding issue but he was started to argue with me, he's not trying to sort out the problem, he started to shout at me, it's very bad. You in fault still you are arguing, misbehaving, using abuse words it's very bad from big bazar, I kept the product there itself and i came out. Please sort it out. Or else i will go through social media. We are coming for big bazar to get the quality of product and quality of service, but you failed. We are invited for a lucky draw at 4 pm on 07 Jul 2019. After coming at 4 pm, we are waiting for hours together, but no result. I don't understand why the hell they make fun in this way. Do they think people are having so much of time to waste?

The worst experience i ever tasted in my life is from big bazaar. Highly unprofessional., arrogant staff.
This is my time bounding that I am not able to escalate this on social media and in consumer Court. But once I will manage this surly i will take this forward.
