I had placed an order on bigchemist.com on 4th august, 2016 (order id:[protected] and paid the amount rs 600 using my paytm account. however, till date my order is showing as under process. i had uploaded my medical prescription as well.
Since then, i have email big chemist on their email address: [protected]@bigchemist.com several times, i have messaged them on their facebook page and raised a support ticket on 15 august, 2016 on their website as well but no response so far. only their facebook page replied once, where they asked me to be patient but since august 10, 2016 they have stopped replying to my messages.
I tried calling their mobile number ([protected]) but it is unavailable while the number of their store[protected] says they cannot take responsibility of online orders and deal with only offline orders! so virtually there is no way i connect with their customer care over phone.
Up until now, i have exhausted every medium to communicate to them my query but to no avail. i cannot cancel my order nor i can ask them to refund the amount i have paid already! Was this information helpful? |
