I have the same complaint.. I filed a booking request for movie.. and after giving a missed call they msg me that we are unable to call u kindly call on our customer care number.. I tried calling them 5 times.. every time my call is kept on hold nd my balance gets deducted. It's better not to waste time and money rather book ur tickets on your own because the amount u spend on calling will be equal to a movie ticket..:-(
