Big Mega Mart — franchise fraud (request for refund, but not response) | |||||
Hi, I have done my agreement with big mega mart on line shopping company on[protected] for franchise for bihar. They promised to give stocks on daily basis 8-10 orders. After making payments of franchise amounts. They did not provide any items till now to deliver to customer. When we are calling to they are not responding. Not answers of whatapp, sms, emails or phone calls. They just ignoring. I tried to contact many times, but no response from big mega mart side. I sent an email for cancellation my agreement and refund my amounts asap on dated[protected] but did not receive any acknowledgement. Contact person - rajat sharma (He is not responding my calls, sms, whatapp and emails). If i call to my another number and introduce my self then he says that i am not rajat sharma. He is just making fool. After 13 days of agreement, they sent some herbal medicine to me. But its not for use. I request that, please make my refund and i dont want business with this company. i have also given them money to them for distributorship, can i get it return because i asked them i will pay half money in starting then half money after 2 weeks after starting business & they were agreed but now they are telling your id will get generated after full payment only before that i can't start business. Earlier they were agreed to start business in half security deposit then half amt.

It's a fraud company, please don't deposit any amount further. They are just cheating people, am myself one of the victim.

Hi yes this company is fraud I had deposited 30000 ans received the same useless packets and no orders as against promised by them. Have also raised a complaint for the refund. Let us raise a legal issue with the company
how to get security deposit back from this big fraud mart company? Can i go to consumer court? i want big compensation from them for doing this fraud with me.
It is a fraud company, no body is responding on mail or giving any order as they committed in contract. Now for termination of contract also they are not responding mail or not even picking the phone.
I am going to log a legal complaint against them. Not recommended for any new person if they are thinking of it.

Yes this company is 100% fraud I also gave deposit money of 25000 and return their unused parcel also but they still not given refund my deposit ammount
