I placed an order with big basket (Order no. Mbo[protected] for delivery on 26-mar-2020 3-5 pm delivery slot.
As the delivery guy entered my apartment, i made the payment for this order through paytm (As advised for contact less delivery). However i was working from home and was on call hence i could not inform the delivery guy about the payment already done few minutes back.
The delivery guy took the second payment through the credit card for the same order upon delivery from my family member who received the delivery.
Now the two payments were made to bigbasket for the same order. I call bigbasket consumer number and raised the complaint (Bb complaint number : [protected]) with them on 26-mar-2020. I was assured that the transaction done through paytm will be refunded back to my paytm wallet.
Since then i have followed it up with bigbasket multiple times for non-refunded amount and they have only assured me of call back from their backend team that have not yet called till date.
Bigbasket is not addressing the refund and i need to this complaint to be resolved at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
If yes, how u managed to get that...I mean the process...as am also facing similar issue and it's more than 10 days since am following up with big basket for refund.
After I posted this, BigBasket contacted me and refunded the amount within two days.
