Bigbasket.com — vegetable daily order in big basket
Every single day i am ordering in big basket since 10th mar 2018. They are delivering the order everyday. Today i was waiting for my order since 17:00 ist. Few minutes back i got a call from big basket i was washing clothes. Before i was able to pick up the call. The call got cut. I called them back in exactly 1 min. They are saying i didn't pickup the call hence order is cancelled, order is rescheduled for tomorrow. And they saying reason as security is not letting the delivery person inside. There is no security in my building. Since i am ordering everyday since 10th mar 2018, all the big basket delivery person knows my address and they won't call me everyday and come to my door directly. Just because the new delivery person today doesn't know my address they are cancelling and rescheduling my order. All the vegetables are for my pets. If i don't get the order today should i starve my pets or should i kill them or should i go buy vegetables in vegetable shop. What good it is for me to get today's vegetables tomorrow. All this because of incompetent delivery person who doesn't know how to find my address
