Complaint against
BIGBASKET

1. It is very regretfully observed that whenever we lodge complaint to Bigbasket related to any grievance in the matter of any of our orders, they do not ever respond.
2. Our three emails are still pending without any reply though a substantial period head ellipsed but Bigbasket did not care to respond back for proper redressal.
3. Such an attitude is totally against the consumer protection act and offensive as it goes against the interest of consumers, causing them hell of the trauma and waste of time.
4. It is further regretful to note that bigbasket does not provide any toll free number.why?
5. Every online shopping centre, selling their products on net, always provides toll free number for customers to contact them easily and freely. Non providing such a number makes customers beer all the costs to speak to their customer care people for any grievance they have against their supplied product. A totally wrong and illegal strategy by Bigbasket to discourage consumers to lodge their complaints.
6. When they sell their product under COD, cash on delivery, their duty is to send their delivery man with proper change. They cannot expect if the bill amount is ₹ 678, the demand 78 change but they do not carry ₹ 22 change with their delivery people, causing dispute at the time of delivery.
7. All such anti consumer policy aur highly condemnable.
