Hi, i have ordered the goods for 1oct (8-10 slot), but without asking my order was shifted to 2nd oct (6-8slot), when i called dor the order it was informed that the same will be delivered by 10pm, then at 11 i got a call that delivery boy is standing out side your gate for the order. When i have to pay, delivery boy was not carrying card machine, which i already mentioned on the app that the pyment will be done via card, there was no pay now option on the app as the called this as a replacement order and thr delivery guy not ready to accept the cash. I had to cancel the order as left with no other option left. This is pathetic and when we reached to customer service desk the representative asked me to share my email id as i have cancelled the order, he was not even bothered to resolve the issue or ask delivery guy why he was not carrying the card machine. I am serious hurt seeing this kind of customer service. It is better to order stuff from local dealer rather then going for such big brands which are value and services for nothing for their customer.
