Bigbasket.com — account deactivated | |||||
My account got deactivated on big basket site not sure why and how. I have balance in there for 500 buck and customer care seems to be ignoring request for account activation nor they are giving any proper reply. I need my account balance back, if they have no intentions of activating my account again. I have raised the concern ticket#[protected] and email id : bharat.[protected]@gmail.com on bigbasket but no closure response. It's been two months now. Was this information helpful? | |||||
