Bigbasket.com — big basket daily charging mandatory service charge | |||
I want to complain against big basket daily who are charging every customer a service charge of rs 1 for every delivery. Its not a delivery charge but service charge. When i asked them to remove it as i dont want to pay service charge as it cannot be made mandatory no matter the amount of it but they have refused to remove the same...
