[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — billing and replacement issue | |||
I took bb subscrtion of Rs 299 from Bigbasket. They have done cashback of Rs 100 from that. recently I have purchaged few items from Bigbasket along with Maggi ketchup. When delivery person came to my door he found that maggi ketchup bottle was broken, I asked him to send me the replacment not the refund. But Bigbasket has given refund. I got a call from Bigbasket Customer care, I asked them to replace the item. They intiated the replacment along with shippig charged of res50. I cancelled my order but they deducted Rs30. When I asked they were telling the procedure, I requested to cancell bb subscription and refund all my amount and close my account. Initialy they have not refunded for BB Subscrtion, but later they refunded only Rs199 and not comlete rs 299. My Questions are 1) For replacement how they can charge shipping charge as replacement was done due to their mistake 2) When I asked for my refund they should refund my entire amount instead of giving the partial amount.
