I had ordered a total of 8 items in a single delivery and bb had split it in two without any confirmation. It was a prepaid order and i was not charged extra for that. But i was unavailable to take the delivery and wanted to cancel the order. They are charging me 30+30=60 for the cancellation stating that as delivery fee. If bb was not able to deliver all the items in a single slot as per the original order, why should i be paying the extra 30 during cancellation. When i contacted the customer care. Half the time i am not able to reach them. Very bad experience with customer care!!
