[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — cancellation of order due and no refund

I placed an order on 2nd june for delivery on 3rd june between 5-8pm. The order did not arrive on time. After repeated call with customer care, they assured that the order would be delivered by 10:15pm late night. But that did not happen either. At 10:30, when we were asleep, we got a call from the delivery guy to let him in to which my husband denied and said that please take the order back. Its been 3 days now and the customer care is not sharing refund details.

Please help in getting my money back
