Verified Support Jan 18, 2019 BigBasket.com Customer Care's response Spoke to customer regarding the issue. Confirmed that customer had already discussed that the issue is resolved. As the offer is applicable for 1st transaction customer has done second transaction hence cashback was not processed customer agreed. closing the case. requested customer to close the case on consumer complaints
