[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — Charged twice

I have placed a order for online grocery through bigbasket.com of 4355 and made online payment but still the delivery boy took cash from my mother in my absence. I have called there call center and launch complaint but it is now 10 days and nobody has contacted me back. I also posted a complaint on their website. Ticket no. is 5897733 .My order no. was WPVO[protected] .

Hi, My complaint has been resolved. I called on Big basket call center and talked to the floor supervisor. I got a call from a Pune local no. 020 67386301. He said my money would be refunded in wallet within 5 mins and from there they will deduct it and transfer to my account. I got my full amount 4355 in my BB wallet then it got deducted again to transfer it to my bank account. I hope I got this amount in my bank in 7 days.
