Bigbasket.com — delivery slot changed without notice | |||
I did not request a change in the slot and it is a problem from big basket end. This was not intimated to me on time. I have no way to reach big basket after 10pm and big basket did not take an effort to call me or message me to update on the delay before 10pm. I received a message at 8pm that the delivery will be done today and then no updates. Big basket is becoming bad in delivery these days. Every time there is cost modification but the quality is steadily going down. I'm really disappointed and annoyed with this response from big basket. No one in the customer care nor the delivery representative had even one minute before 10pm to call and update me about the delay. Is big basket taking customers for granted? Looks like that!!! I will send back the order tomorrow even if it comes to me by 7:30 am. I could have easily gone to the market to get what i needed rather than depending on such an undependable poor delivery. I will be very conscious from now to not to order anything in big basket. Overall, this is not good customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||
