Order no. #bbo[protected].

While making the payment, the amount of rs 1513.00 has been deducted twice for the same order. Following which the delivery person promised that, one of the payment would be reversed to the bank account soon. I even got a sms saying that the reversal is going to happen. But i have not got the amount in my bank account still. It has been over 10 days, and all my mails to the customer service are falling on deaf ears.

I placed an order on 27th January location karapakkam nadu street, delivery time slot was 5pm to 7:30pm but I got the product at around 10pm for that I didn't get 10% money back on my entire bill amount as well as product quality is very cheap...
They started money making instead of customer satisfaction as well as doing cheating..
