[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — entire order | |||||
Hi, i have been using big basket for almost 3 years now and have faced several petty issues but they were resolved well in time. For the first i have faced reall severe issue and the customer car team completely irresponsive of my calls n msgs and chats. I ordered some stuff from big basket of sunday 3june which was supposed to delivered between 8:30pmto 10 pm, but i did not received my order. Instead the marketing executive marked the order as delivered around 12am. Since then i have been following up with the team and trying get my money back or delivery of items. No response received from on, the chat executive says i have escalated the issue and will get back. The call executive say, we will look into it and get back. No response received till now. Extremely annoying and frustrating experience. Would ask all my freinds to stop using the services in this case. I am working professional and really don’t get time to call the customer care daily and fight for my order. Was this information helpful? | |||||
