Bigbasket.com — milk charged despite mentioned free | |
I first wrote and email about a complaint to big basket daily on 21/11/2019. The ticket no:[protected] is for the complaint i sent. I got a response from pavithra apologising and informing me the next steps. My query was regarding the free milk which i should have received 8 every month for 3 months. Your agent gave me wrong information which she agreed in the mail was his fault. Pavithra gave a specific dates when the free milk will be started over the period of 2 months. I restarted my free milk subscription as mentioned in the mail and was charged again. On questioning through the same complaint link your colleague refused to acknowledge what was agreed and charged me again and refused to refund for that day. Despite repeated emails, about this, all i get in response is that someone from the team will call me on that day. My last email was on 28/11 with same response. Until now no one has bothered to call or emailed me with information. I am writing this complaint as a 7 day notice now until i lodge a complaint in consumer court and you will be liable for all the legal expenses in addition. Was this information helpful? | |
