Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks a lot. Finally they concluded and that the goods were not delivered and they delivered the items on 18 & 19th Nov. Also they credited 400INR as delivery guarantee to my wallet. Thanks again for getting a resolution. However the bigbasket system need to be changed. There is no way the consumer to prove that the order is not delivered. Also it is very difficult to reach customer care over phone and no response to the customer care emails. Even we talk to customer care they are not keeping up the words. They said after 30 minutes they will call us and update the status. We never received an information from them. They are not giving any complaint number and no update in our online account and in online the order status showed as complete till the end. Atleast they could have updated the status as under review which can give a confidence to the consumer. This is really a bad experience and it made me to hesitate to order again with bigbasket. Hope they will understand our feelings and take a corrective action accordingly.
