Big basket delivery boy subhash shankar and customer care boy vijraj I feel very pity to inform this. This is not the first time i have faced this issue with big basket. Both people are not able to resolve order placed issues. They have changed time slots but still not placed my order Today, end of the day, you are not able to resolved my issue so i can complaint in the consumer department... My registered mobile number is [protected] and one sad thing we are regular customer even though u people delivering us rotten products. Worst even I recommended it to my neighbours and they laughed at me by seeing the rotten products. Worst worst worst worst. We do have details and pack of it and full of insects in it .
