Hi, I Have Made 2 Orders In Big Basket Dated 25th Mar'20 And 26th Mar'20 For Delivery On 31st Mar'20. After Waiting Around 6 Days On 31st Mar'20 I Got Message That "Due To External Constraints, We Are Not Able To Deliver The Order". Payment Was Made Upfront For The Same But On Cancellation Amount Is Refunded To Wallet Which I Cannot Use Because Those Can Be Used Only In Big Basket. In The Current Situation Of COVID 19 Where Govt. Is Helping To Deliver The Goods And Food Free Of Cost, I Am Not Getting Anything After Payment And My Money Also Got Blocked. Now I Need The The Money To My Original Payment Method.Because Bigbasket Is Neither Delivering Goods Nor Refunding My Money Which I Paid Upfront. Was this information helpful? | |||
