[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — order not delivered and cancelled | |||||
I had placed an order for the time slot between 5 pm to 7:30 pm on 31 december 2018. I was told by the customer care that my order is running late and will be delivered by 9.20 pm. Then i received a call from delivery person that there is some problem with vehicle and will not be able to deliver the order and will deliver in first slot the next day. After few minutes a got another call from big basket customer person that your order will be cancelled it will not be delivered in morning slots on next day and he hang the call. Then i received an email from big basket that my order was cancelled because i was not available for order pick up and i was not picking the call also. Such a liar these bis basket customer support people and delivery person are. And these happened with me not just once but 2-3 times. There should be proper action taken against it.
