[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — order not delivered but amount charged | |||||
I have faced pathetic experience of Big basket twice where they were not able to deliver my order within time even they closed order marking as delivered without getting the same delivered physically. this is happens twice & which is really sad experience for me. Even the team is unable to close it on top priority since they were getting the same highlighted to within organization instead to getting the same delivered on top priority. Verified Support Sep 10, 2018 BigBasket.com Customer Care's response NCH Complaint: Spoke to cm regarding the complaint where cm was really disappointed with the IOA repeatedly in his orders. Also, he was not willing to shop with the BB. As he was really disappointed with the services. Apologized and informed cm we will get this highlighted to ops team on high priority. Also, cm was unable to hear my voice. Again tried calling cm multiple times. But, there was no response. Hence, sent an email by crediting order value 460+46 10% DG an amount of Rs.506 into Bb wallet. Also, escalated to ops team regarding the failure and close the case.
