[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — poor quality apples delivered to me and poor customer care. | |||
The apples delivered to me were rotten from inside and soft from outside. I told them I need replacement they denied because the same apple type are not available. I told them it is fault at your side so deliver me other type of apples but I won't pay the difference as it is your fault and you are responsible. They denied and told me that they would refund the money but wouldn't replace the apples. Such poor quality and poor customer care was not expected. I order on weekly basis from bigbasket. They just lost a good customer because of their poor customer service and poor quality of apples. I told them to refund the money in cash instead as I would uninstall the app would never place any order from bigbasket. What if I would have consumed those bad quality apples! Who would have been responsible for my illness then? I questioned and did not get any answer. They are not sorry nor they care for losing a customer or delivering unhealthy and rotten products.
