Hello guys, dont buy fruits and vegetables from bigbasket... Past 4 months there are sending damaged vegitables amd fruits every raised complaint and getting refund. Always i will get respond from big basket further it wont happen.. But waste of time again it will happen then what is the conclusion? Big Basket is the most horrible company when it comes to online shopping. This company is infested with fraud agents like CHANDAN BOSE who is in the quality check department & delivers all sorts of rotten food items to people residing in Kolkata.
