Bigbasket.com — received delivery confirmation msg, but products not delivered

I placed am order for 14 items on the 1st of dec 2018. I was given a delivery slot of 8 to 10:30 pm on 2nd dec. I received a message that the order was delivered at 10:35 pm on the 2nd of dec. But i did not get any delivery... When i called bigbasket, i was promised a call back next morning at 9. I waited and nobody called. I called customer service again. They again promised a call back within 30 mins, unsurprisingly no one called... I again reached out to their customer service and they gave another escalation and call back promise.
