Recently 3 Bigbasket orders of mine were cancelled. 1) MGUO[protected] for Rs. 1539.50 2) A-MGUO[protected] for Rs. 6943 3) MGUO[protected] for Rs. 1735 But the refund is being credited to my BB wallet and not to my bank account. I need that money to stock up on essential items since I am in self-quarantine. And I cannot do that as my money is trpped in the form of store credit which isn't even functional. I used my debit card to pay for the items, not the store credits and I would also like to be refunded the same way. Also my details are saved in the site. Please do the needful. BigBasket.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 02, 2020 Updated by nun90 I have not received any correspondence from Bigbasket regarding the subject and it has been more than a week now. I am very dissapointed with the service. I am still unable to order goods from the site yet they haven't converted my bbwallet credits into actual cash in my account that I can use at the present! Why am I refunded with BBwallet points which is not usable in my location?? Why is my money being trapped in such a way? You know, the present situation is dire. If Bigbasket is unable to provide the required service, it should be conscientious enough to put my money back into my account. Not trap it in their useless site credit! But I cannot avail of them because BB decided to return the money I have them in lieu of not providing me the service they promised, in the form of their BBwallet credits. I cannot use the wallet anywhere else! And BB is not functional in my area and haven't been for the past several days! I have already bought the required items elsewhere. So I would really want my money to be replaced in my account for other use! This is very unfair of Bigbasket to trap my money in their non-functioning site, thereby rendering it absolutely useless! I regret buying from this site so much! Apr 02, 2020 Updated by nun90 I have no choice but to vent here because in addition to this absolutely irresponsible/inconvenient act of theirs, they give the customers no means to contact them to sort out this type of complaints. Their customer service page only have a fixed set of issues they address and the customer service number they provide doesn't work! I have tried complaining in the apps review store where I was offered and email. I mailed them twice. No reply! This is so frustrating. I am not someone who can afford to spend my money like this. I have already shopped for the month's grocery and the rest of my money is stuck in the presently useless site. This is highly, very highly inconvenient for me. This is a matter of Rs.80000/- or so, accumulated as a result of the site cancelling 3 separate orders one by one. And even delaying the cancellation by days. This site has given me endless headache. And I am still struggling to get my money back after days. I really hope I don't have to struggle through this again. One thing's for sure. As soon as I get all this sorted, I am never buying from this site again. I regret my decision to be a star customer. The site is monopolizing and unresponsive to customer. And highly irresponsible.
