[Resolved]  Bigbasket.com — regarding duplicate product

I had ordered Hair Spa Rejuvenation Shampoo 580 ml vide order no. DX-BGUFO[protected]. When I used the product I found that product is not upto mark. After using it I had come to know that the product is duplicate not genuine one. The result are different when I purchased the same another product from open market . I want my money back. As you have cheated me.
