[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — substandard products | |||
Despite of my call, mail to big basket they have delivered products at my address. The delivery slot was rescheduled by big basket and despite they incapable to deliver as given slot. Also important is i have received spoiled fresho beans, which pic attached. When i wrote to customer care for cancellation no response till now. After so many valid complaints, that's on quality and health safety neither consumer is seriously taken up against big basket nor big basket is taking them seriously.
